Hides
Jumping spider hides are are appropriately named, because they provide a safe space for jumpers to hide and build their hammocks. Hides come in various shapes, sizes and materials.
The hides I offer are made from walnut shell, quail egg shell, chicken egg shell, glass, and silk. The shell hides are all sealed with UV resin and are available decorated (I can make them resemble many things- see the meteor), or undecorated. Walnut shell hides are available with round, oval, heart, or flower shape openings. Each can be permanently integrated in an enclosure you purchase (if they are on the same order) if you’d like, or purchased separately as an accessory. Accessory hides are sold with magnets attached for easy removal.
